Washtubs...hmmm...

A little gift pic I thought up for Cailen Crow ( ), JuniChan ( ), Raye ( ), and Jenni ( ) at work once after remembering Cailen's "Pirate Beetches" pic. Man, did I work hella hard on this one, but I had a lot of fun., especially with the inclusion of Luffy, Nami, and the Merry Go (or Going Merry, whatever) from One Piece. Because Luffy and Nami were drawn so small and I didn't wanna screw up the Merry Go, though, I had to digital ink this in Photoshop, which is why it took a bit long.

The Merry Go wasn't as hard as I thought it would be, but at the same time WAS difficult because I'm not that practiced at drawing objects like ships and such. I'm miffed, however, that I drew the ENTIRE GODDAMN BOAT and was only able to use only half of it in the drawing here.

I think Juni's prolly the bravest of them all because, well...look what she's wearing and Luffy's not. That's right. TEH HAT . Forget the treasure, just get back that hat, I'm sure the planned be and much to Nami's shagrin (Obviously, she's going after the treasure). Luffy WOULD look pissed after getting his most prized possession nicked (you need to return that to Shanks, you moron!) , but obviously has bigger problems to worry about (Luffy + water = SINK LIKE A STONE). And I think Nami zooming angrily on him like a Gum-Gum bridge makes this almost look like an actual anime promo pic, wouldn't you say?

Yeah...I REALLY like how this came out. A rarity in itself.
