A fifth commission for Tarkatta Slayhiem. Yep. Fifth. He and themugbug are one and the same.

I am seriously going to add a charge for anything that has to be as detailed as this from now on. I had a big schpiel planned on how long this took and how I couldn't make heads or tails out of a few of the details on the sprites, like the hair and such...but I'm tired...
